There are two steps leading up to the main entrance door. The wheelchair accessible group entrance is located to the right in the front garden (follow the arrow on the sign). Bikes can also be parked at this entrance.
After entering the museum, the cloakroom and toilets are located to the left, while the ticket desk is around the corner. The card payment machine at the ticket desk is attached to a long cord, so that it can also be operated from a wheelchair. (This is also the cash desk for the shop and café).
Visitors are required to purchase an admission ticket online in advance. Are you visiting with a companion? You can order a free companion’s ticket by choosing the option 'companion'.
Facilities in the museum
The lift, located diagonally opposite the group entrance, offers access to all floors. Lift measurements: 110 cm (width) x 150 cm (depth). Door opening width: 90 cm.
